Responsibilities
- Network-level KPI monitoring and reporting
- Parameter tuning and performance enhancement
- Handling VoLTE, VONR, CA, NSA/SA optimization
- Benchmark analysis against competitors
- Capacity forecasting and growth planning
Skills
- Strong knowledge of counters and KPIs
- Tools:Actix, Atoll, OSS, Cell traffic monitoring
- Experience with performance dashboards and automation
- Strong RCA and issue isolation skills
- Good coordination with planning and operations teams
