Description
Need a RAN Expert to support advanced RAN implementation, configuration, and optimization of RAN nodes, strategy, audits, and optimization
Responsibilities
- RAN node integration and parameter configuration
- Troubleshooting call drops, handovers, and coverage issues
- Monitoring KPIs and alarms from OSS
- Feature testing and performance verification
- Providing field support for new rollouts
Skills
- Strong 4G/5G RAN expertise
- Familiar with eNB/gNB configuration
- Good debugging skills using OSS and counters
- Knowledge of VoLTE, carrier aggregation, NSA/SA
- Good documentation and analytical capability
- Solid understanding of MIMO, Massive MIMO, Beamforming
- Experience with multi-vendor environments
- Strong optimization strategy and parameter knowledge
- Excellent analytical and scripting/reporting skills
